If you prefer to use the information in your account, please sign in and if your billing and shipping information were saved, the fields on the form will be filled in automatically with the information you have in your account. Please click at “SEND YOUR REQUEST” to send to us the list of items and your information.
Once the cart form is sent to us, we will review and make sure all items are available and determine the shipping fee. The total will be calculated and an email will be replied to you with the total price, shipping fee & tax.
The prices listed on our website does NOT include tax & shipping fee (if applicable).
