How to make a purchase?
Please follow the following steps to make a purchase.
- CREATE A QUOTE LIST. Browse through the categories and click at “REQUEST TO QUOTE” button for any item that you’d like to purchase (items that do not have this button are not available for purchase at the moment). Items that are requested are added to a “QUOTE LIST” (see left side panel)
- VIEW QUOTE LIST. Once you finish browsing for items, click at “VIEW LIST” button (on left-side panel) to review the quote list
- FILL OUT QUOTE FORM. A “Request A Quote” list/form is displayed which lists all items that you’re interested. Please fill out the form below the list. All required fields must be entered.
- If you prefer to use the information in your account, please sign in and if your billing and shipping information were saved, the fields on the form will be filled in automatically with the information you have in your account. If you don’t have an account, proceed to next step.
- Please click at “I’m not a robot” to proceed
- SEND QUOTE FORM. Please click at “SEND YOUR REQUEST” to send to us the list of items and your information.
After sending the quote, what's next?
ACCEPT THE QUOTE.
Once the quote form is sent to us, we will review and make sure all items are available and determine the shipping fee. The total will be calculated and an email will be replied to you with all the price and fee. In the Email, when you’re ready to pay, please click at “Accept” link to accept.
CHECK-OUT.
You will be directed to the Checkout page.
PLACE ORDER.
Please review the information on the Checkout page and select the payment method. Click “Place Order” to place the order.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
Once we get the order notification, we will start working on the order and necessary steps to ship the items. We will send an email to notify you about the tracking number and the shipping company name. You can track the progress by visiting the link provided in the email.
Which payment type does The Celestial Shop accept?
Currently, The Celestial Shop accepts the following payment type:
- PERSONAL CHECK. At the time of selecting the payment type, please select “Check” and click “Place Order”. Please send your check payable to: The Celestial Shop and send to our address:

- Paypal. When you select Paypal as the payment type, please proceed to finish the login process at Paypal and pay from the Paypal payment form. You may click Place Order to send the order to us.
- Credit Card. When you select Credit Card as the payment type, please enter the credit card number, expiration date and security code and click “Place Order”. Please note that we do not store any credit card information on our website.
Is paying with Credit card secured?
If your payment is by Credit Card, the payment is securely processed by Authorize.net and we do not store your credit card information on our website.
Authorize.net has the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard A-EP level.
